Check in day 15! Stats from today and yesterday!

Too tired to write more then my meals and my activity!

M1: Tone it up french toast with fruit
M2: Quinoa, veggies and beans
M3: Cliff bar
M4: Apple and greek yogurt
M5: Turkey muffins and salad here:

I also drank a lot of lemon juice as per TIU challenge:)

I’m so happy with the amount of walking I’ve done!
I did all the TOU challenges today: Toneitup.com (2 x full body workout, 2 x leg workout) plus 40 min of interval training!

Tomorrow waking up to arm workout and cardio at night!!!

Meal planning:

M1: Clementine smoothie
M2: Cliff bar
M3: meat loaf x 2 and quinoa and veggies
M4: Greek yogurt and apple
M5: porc tenderloin and salad

Okay bed time!
