Challenge check in day 4

Hey all! Challenge check in day 4. HMMMMMM….not my best day but tomorrow is another day! Im still VERY pleased I have not had chocolate in 4 days and diet soda in 6 days: I have also been drinking a ton of H2O!

So breakfast I had an english muffin with some natural PB:)

Snack- apple and one perfect fit cookie (with cinnamon)

Lunch- An amazing salad with chicken, peppers, cucumbers. I also had a perfect fit cookie for dessert

I snacked on some cocoa dusted almonds and a latte

Dinner- Chilli AGAIN with avacado. I also had some dessert (greek yogurt with nuts, a TBS of PB and a few chocolate chip)

I AM SO FULL:(

So I did workout today. I did a 20 minute toning routine and 40 minutes of cardio (I threw in some intervals)

Fit bit stats for the day (by 8:20pm):
steps: 8356
stairs: 6
Miles: 3.65
cals burnt 1839

As I said tomorrow is another day!!! Im really looking forward to my trip with some of the girls!

How are any of you other TIU girls doing? ANy set back, or not the best eating days like me?
