Challenge Day 3

Hey all! Challenge check in day 3!

Breakfast- Whole wheat pancake with 4 strawberries:

Greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts and shredded coconut:

PB and J wraps (whole wheat) with some carrots:

Pre-yoga snack- 3 ingredient cookie (tone it up:

Dinner I had a spinach salad and the same chili as yesterday!

Hot yoga with my friend Kat was AMAZING! I really needed the heat and the good stretch! I did the Jillian Michaels kickboxing and 3 x 12 dead lifts (part of the challenge!)
I REALLY want an after dinner snack!! ARgH! Maybe I’ll have some fruit and tea…Ill let u know tomorrow!!
